Foodies who missed out on deals during this winter’s Center City Restaurant Weeks can still take part in similar specials at East Passyunk Restaurant Week which will run from Feb. 23 to March 1. Just like its Center City counterpart, East Passyunk Restaurant Week will have three-course lunch and dinner options for $15, $25, or $35 all along East Passyunk Avenue.
