Clover Market Seasonal Vintage Bazaar will run until April 12

Clover Market, a seasonal open-air vintage bazaar, will return this month to Chestnut Hill and Bryn Mawr. The outdoor market offers goods from more than 100 high-end vendors with antiques, collectibles, handmade clothing, jewelry, home goods and other vintage items. The event also features food trucks and vendors like Bonjour Creperie, Foolish Waffles, Say Cheese Philadelphia and more. The market will run 10 a.m. to 5 p.m on April 12 in Chestnut Hill, and April 26, May 17 and June 7 in Bryn Mawr.

‘The Subaru Cherry Blossom Festival’ returns to Fairmount

The Japan America Society of Greater Philadelphia hosts the Subaru Cherry Blossom Festival as a celebration of Japanese food, art, music and culture. The festival emphasizes the Japanese tradition “ohanami,” which includes parties with entertainment, food and drinks under the blossoming cherry trees in celebration of Spring’s return. Festival events include ikebana flower arranging, demonstrations of martial arts, a silent auction, the Cherry Blossom 5K, sushi-making classes, Dine Out Japan restaurant week, live music, dance performances and more.

The festival will run April 6-12 and the main event, Sakura Sunday, will be held on April 12 at the Horticulture Center in Fairmount Park.

‘To Impress Upon’ Art Exhibition wraps up at Cerulean Arts

March 27 and 28 marks the last weekend for the group exhibition, “To Impress Upon,” presented by the art gallery and studio Cerulean Arts in Fairmount. Artists including Millicent Krouse, Dan Miller and Ron Rumford employ different printmaking processes to manifest each individual vision. Landscapes, abstract maps and figurative compositions make up this free exhibit.

Philadelphia Love Run returns

The American Association for Cancer Research Foundation partnered with CGI Racing last year to host the Philadelphia Love Run half-marathon selling out to more than 10,000 runners.

This year, the half-marathon will return on March 29, starting at the Philadelphia Museum of Art and ending at Benjamin Franklin Parkway. It will feature a post-race after party. The Love Run race weekend will begin with an athletic expo held at Citizens Bank Park on March 27 and 28.

Philly Wine Week returns at the end of this month

Philly Wine Week returns this March 22-29 kicking-off with “Opening Corks,” a gala featuring select sparkling and white wines at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, and “Flight Club: Grape vs. Grain,” a draft showdown to win prizes at Johnny Brenda’s.

Events, parties and specials will be held at 35 bars and restaurants all over the city. Participants include Osteria, Jet Wine Bar, Volver, World Cafe Live and more.

TreePhilly Event at Yards Brewing Company

TreePhilly is a Philadelphia Parks and Recreation initiative that aims to increase tree growth in the city and improve air quality by giving homeowners free trees to plant anywhere on their property. Each spring the initiative holds a free tree giveaway, and this year, it will kick-off with a “Tree for All Party” in celebration of spring.

The event will be held March 19 from 6-8 p.m. at Yards Brewing Company. It will feature local brews, host tree-themed activities and hold tree-planting discussions in preparation for the free tree pick-up held April 11 at Bridesburg Recreation Center and Eastwick Regional Park.
